COLLECTING ABSTRACTS!
- Please upload abstract information to Indico. This includes poster title, author list, and abstract.
- Enter author list, title, and abstract
- Select Call for Poster Abstracts from the left menu
- Select “Submit New Abstract”
Here are a few key details to help you prepare:
- Poster Size: Do not exceed 36” x 48” (portrait)
- Session Time: July 17 from 6:05 – 7:35 (1.5 hours)
- Location: Baker Portico, 1st floor of Physical Sciences Building
- Set-Up: Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your poster. Pushpins will be provided.
- Take-Down: Please remove your poster at the end of the session.
- Audience: Please be prepared to explain your work to both specialists and non-specialists
- Food: A dinner buffet will be served during the session.
Poster printing services are not available onsite. We recommend that you bring your poster with you.
Content Recommendations
- Title and Authors: Include your name, institution, and co-authors.
- Introduction: Brief context for your project—what problem are you addressing?
- Methods and Results: Use figures, images, and brief text to communicate key data.
- Conclusions & Next Steps: What did you learn? What comes next?
- Acknowledgments: Recognize funding sources
