Getting to Ithaca, NY:
This website describes getting to Ithaca, NY via air and ground transport. Two regional airports are commonly used to for travel to Ithaca:
- The Syracuse Hancock Airport (SYR) is located approximately one hour by car from Cornell.
- The Ithaca Tompkins International Airport (ITH) is a 10 minute drive from campus, but has fewer flight options than SYR in general.

Hotel Accommodations:
Several good hotel options exist, and all except the Canopy by Hilton offer shuttles to Cornell's campus. Individual rates (without a particular promotion or group code) appear to be optimal at this time of year for all hotels but Best Western.

Parking at Cornell is limited near our venue. Our first recommendation is to utilize your hotel shuttle or ridesharing to Clark Hall. If you need to park on Campus, there is paid parking available at Hoy Garage, which is a 10 minute walk from Clark Hall. You can pay for parking in advance if you wish here.
